Hello, I placed an order with delivery to my place of work, the delivery was made to a point relay which is located 5 km from the village, as a shopkeeper during the Christmas period it was very difficult for me to free myself during the opening hours of the point relay. I only learned about delivery to a point relay when the delivery was made, it was up to me to adapt to be able to collect my parcel....a little annoyed I must admit and not used to you... this said very happy with my order... I remain a customer without problems I would just have liked to be warned when ordering that I would be delivered in a point relay and not at home I would have arranged before... thank you...
