A little fright after confirming payment for the order because I didn't receive a confirmation email. The customer service I contacted confirmed my order. In the end, everything went smoothly. I received the order. Very good quality.
The carrier kept the parcel waiting for 12 days because of a problem with the relay point and refused to change the relay point. As a result, my protectors arrived after we'd left for the snow and became useless (I had to buy some on the spot!).
The size was exactly right.

Greetings from the UK! I was looking for a Canada Goose Parka for my daughter and Precision Ski was the cheapest I could find. I ordered online and the Parka was with me within a week - excellent service! My daughter had the coat for Christmas and loves it!

I paid for colissimo 24h delivery, my parcel arrived 4 or 5 days later, it was not left at the right address. Namely in front of a hotel entrance outside. The receptionist was kind enough to warn me, otherwise I would never have received my parcel, which was marked as delivered.

Hello, I'm sorry to have to give you such a bad mark. But I never received my après-ski ordered on December 12, apparently because of Mondial Relais, PRECISION SKI's subcontractor for delivery. After several calls to customer service, I proposed the cancellation solution myself.... Nothing else was ever suggested... I feel alone ....

Hello, I placed an order with delivery to my place of work, the delivery was made to a point relay which is located 5 km from the village, as a shopkeeper during the Christmas period it was very difficult for me to free myself during the opening hours of the point relay. I only learned about delivery to a point relay when the delivery was made, it was up to me to adapt to be able to collect my parcel....a little annoyed I must admit and not used to you... this said very happy with my order... I remain a customer without problems I would just have liked to be warned when ordering that I would be delivered in a point relay and not at home I would have arranged before... thank you...
