Navigation on the site is simple and efficient. Delivery was made by Fedex and I was able to track my purchase without difficulty, although I had to pay customs clearance fees (delivery to Canada), which I wasn't expecting. I didn't have to contact customer service and my purchase arrived a day later than expected. I'm still satisfied with my purchase and glad they told me I could go to your site, which I didn't know about, to buy my shoes in a size that wasn't available in the store.
