I have no complaints about the product, which is in order. On the other hand, I paid almost 6 euros for express delivery (max 72h), and I didn't receive my article until more than a week after it had been dispatched. I contacted precisionski to explain my dissatisfaction and never got a reply. Admittedly, the parcel was delayed due to bad weather, but a reply from them would not have been out of place.

We are sincerely sorry for the delay in your parcel, due to bad weather according to the tracking system, but we did reply to your message 1h30 after receiving it, perhaps it's in your spam folder?
