I ordered a balaclava for 40 and selected fast delivery (24h delivery in Europe, 25!) to have it delivered to Switzerland because I needed it at all costs 2 weeks later, but in the end it arrived 3 weeks after the email telling me it would arrive at its destination within 24h. All this plus 30 administrative fees for customs clearance. I had also contacted the after-sales service to be told that the necessary steps would be taken to release the parcel, but nothing changed after several exchanges. Avoid ordering if you don't want to pay double for the item in unnecessary costs!

The various taxes you have paid are indicated at the time of your purchase. Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to customs charges which may vary. Please bear in mind that you are buying the product tax-free and not inclusive of VAT. We apologize again, however we deplore your attitude not to exchange with our support service and you hasten to put bad marks on our company in various places. We wish you all the best.
