However, since Covid, we have very precise procedures for this kind of case, which require us to open a whole series of procedures with the carriers. Your parcel was returned after confirmation by Chronopost of the loss of the parcel, but in this complicated period, it was difficult for us to return the parcel before a firm return from Chronopost because for several months this has been regular, we immediately send a product, the parcel is found, and the customer ends up with 2 orders. We will refund the shipping costs to make up for this. Our apologies.
