Quick order preparation and shipment
I was unlucky because I received a defective item (Briko helmet with a 4 mm diameter hole on the shell) and at this time of year several parcels have been lost to me by certain transport companies. And as I need this item for this summer and I'm not sure if there's any stock ... I'll have to keep this item with a defect. Anyway, even during the COVID period, this company is very serious and educational. They're trying to find me information about the potential danger of this defect. And must come back to me, given the manner and good customer care, I will certainly continue my purchases with them if need be. Nothing to do with other companies that have sent me packages that have since been lost. They are very professional... I recommend them.
