a bit disappointed that the "waterproof" cones are only reserved for professionals given the quantity offered. I had already tried them, I found it nice, except that they lost their crunch very quickly. I received an ad stating that the process has now been improved, and that they now resist the humidity of the contents. But, there is a but, you have to order an industrial quantity. For an individual, it's a barrier. Nevertheless, the items are pleasant. Best regards, Mr. MILLE

Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello André,
Thank you very much for your detailed and constructive feedback.
We fully understand your comment regarding the packaging of waterproof cones. Indeed, we are also dependent on the formats proposed by our supplier, which explains these significant quantities reserved mainly for professionals.
We regret that this may pose a barrier for personal use, and we will keep your remark in mind for the future. Your satisfaction remains essential to us, and your feedback helps us evolve our offer.
We are happy that you appreciate our items nonetheless, and we hope you will continue to enjoy using them.

A bit expensive
Translated reviews
Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello Chantal,
Thank you for your feedback and your honesty.
We understand that our products may seem more expensive. This is due to the fact that we are directly dependent on the price of quality raw materials used by our suppliers. We choose to prioritize authentic ingredients and avoid additives or artificial ingredients as much as possible to ensure healthy, delicious, and respectful recipes.
This is a strong commitment on our part: to offer products that combine taste, quality, and transparency.
Thank you again for your trust and your feedback, which motivates us to continue on this path.
Best regards,
