If a parcel shows signs of damage on delivery, we recommend that you refuse it and inform us immediately. We will then return your order as soon as possible. However, if the damage is not visible until you open the parcel, we understand your disappointment. You can rest assured that our preparers scrupulously check the condition of items before they are dispatched, and we make sure that no damaged products are sent out.
