We did not receive the correct quantities and we have not received a refund
Translated reviews
Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello H3loise and Robin,
We are sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and wish to provide factual clarifications.
Your order included 16 boxes, shipped in 2 separate packages of 8 boxes each, according to the preparation slip.
Upon delivery, only one package was initially retrieved. This package showed a weight corresponding to 8 boxes, which does not match the 3 boxes declared as received.
Following your complaint, you requested a refund indicating that you would place a new order with larger quantities. In a commercial spirit, we then sent a commercial proposal by email to Robin on 19/12/25, which has remained unanswered to this day.
We remain available to find a balanced solution, but this requires a constructive exchange and coherent elements from both sides.
We invite you to get back in touch with our customer service to finalize this matter.
Happy end of year celebrations

Very satisfied with the products from "Prêt à garnir", which I highly recommend. However, I regret the delivery by the company (DPD) which is not serious at all, delivery 8 days later than expected, to a different address, to an unknown pickup point, without even having the courtesy to inform me of the date and the pickup point in question. If I hadn't called SEVERAL TIMES, I would never have known where the package had been delivered. Disappointing. I hope not to use this delivery service for my future orders, as I remain a customer and satisfied with the products from "Prêt à garnir", and their welcome from Charlotte. Best regards, Mr. MILLE;
