I never received my order, which was returned to the sender after being held up in customs. The pharmacy asked me to wait until the parcel was returned before issuing a refund. On September 26, they confirmed that the refund had been processed. Three weeks later, there was still nothing on my card! Every time I followed up, I got a new explanation: the refund was “blocked,” “awaiting processing,” and then they had to follow up again with their payment platform… As a customer, I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get a refund they’ve already said was processed. A lot of time wasted and still no concrete resolution to date. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this website.

It's a shame the delivery service wasn't up to standard. More than 12 days between placing the order and delivery to the pickup point. The parcel was misrouted by Mondial Relay.
