Ocryl product that I use for my boxer.. Very good product, for the other product not tested yet but will be used in case of emergency.

It took me 3 weeks to receive my package because there was a problem with Mondial Relay. I contacted the site's customer service to find out more and they replied the next day to tell me they would make a claim, so thank you for being so responsive and for doing what was necessary.

Good products, reasonable prices. Maybe the delivery is a bit long, but certainly due to the summer. I recommend the site

Fast delivery to the UK, thank you. The only minor issue was using the English version of the web site. Used the French web site and after a bit of translation had no problems ordering. Thank you. Greg

bad choice of carrier. package dropped off 10km from my home, without asking my opinion. Big hassle to retrieve the package as I had no means of transportation at that time. Abandon chronopost with them there are only problems
