I am not satisfied with my purchase: unfortunately, once I received the product, it did not convince me as I hoped. I intended to return it, but since it is not free and the seller is in France, the shipping costs would be too high. Between shipping and return fees, it is not worth it for me to proceed. After-sales service is terrible and the email exchange was catastrophic

Initially, they did not respond to 3 emails and there were delays both in receiving the racket and in stringing it. The racket and the stringing were perfect, but the timing was really too slow, which is the only flaw.

A small issue with the availability of the rackets I had initially ordered (only one was finally available) but the after-sales service was attentive and helpfully advised me to modify my order
