The gift worth €30 announced for the order is a real joke. The water bottle went straight to the trash because with a hole for air it is dangerous, water can go into the lungs. The cap is worth a maximum of €5, the sweatband is OK. All the gift products are Technifibre, no relation to the brand I chose for the shoes. A simple vibration dampener and 3 Yonex overgrips would have done the trick even for a value of only €10.
Unfortunately, the order arrived well beyond the scheduled timing when the item was no longer needed

Good evening, products are priced in line with average sellers. However, they are unreachable by phone and there is no response to emails. Be careful if you use a gift card, only the amount you add with a credit card determines your minimum amount to qualify for free shipping. Additionally, you can only use one gift card at a time. I have received no response on this matter.

I had to follow up because the order had not been processed. The UPS carrier is a disaster (faulty delivery information and delivery to another pickup point without informing us).
Racket received in perfect condition and very well packaged. Fast delivery. Unfortunately, the order was not respected regarding the stringing. Stringing ordered in 4 knots with specific tensions and received in 2 knots. The stringing installation put stress on the frame (+7mm in length and -4mm in width. Comparison with the same new racket at the same tension). So regret about the installation, especially when choosing a quality multifilament.
The delay was longer than expected, but the order arrived, which is the main thing.

Poor return procedure
The order went very well, processing and shipping were fast. However, the volume of the parcel is not taken into account when choosing a delivery point. As a result, I had to validate my order in an unsuitable locker, and the delivery company, without asking me beforehand, dropped my parcel off with a private individual working for them in another town. What's more, I received contradictory information concerning the whereabouts of my parcel. I therefore lost a lot of time (one day) to get the parcel. A mixed experience, then, and very little communication from the seller. I may repeat the experience, but I will refuse delivery by UPS!
Despite the very small compensation, I was very disappointed with the delay of more than a week in receiving my order because it was for a birthday party for a 7 year old child.
Very good value for money, but they took much longer than expected and did not warn us, when we decided to get our money back, two days later they said that the merchandise had already left.

Order expected in 48/72 hours, received after a week, customer service almost unreachable (25 calls to get someone) answer, the supplier is late it's not our fault ... no apology, no offer, no gift of delay ... The prices may be lower than elsewhere, the rest leaves something to be desired
The purchase, the shipping, the time, ... good. It does not seem normal to me that a racquet of these characteristics arrives without a cover, but it happens with other web then it will have to be like that. But I complain that the information should be improved because the racquet arrived without strings when it was not indicated.
