A little disappointed with this site. 1st order placed but shoes received are too small. Returns at our expense. Exchange requests take longer to process, we are encouraged to place a new order to get the next size up but we have to pay shipping again. I wouldn't repeat the experience. It's a pity because the shoes are of good quality.
