I ordered a product that was not available, I really wanted it! They sent me an email to apologize and to see if I would like to change it, I preferred to call directly on your number but for 48 hours no one picked up, several attempts to change the product and finally I receive another email from the provider who sends the packages to tell me that the package has already been sent, without any confirmation that this has been done. In short, I received my products but the whole experience was not satisfactory.

Order shipped quickly and perfectly, very good site.
Everything is good except there is a problem with the shipment. My package should be sent to a retail store and will be picked up from there. But then the store is permanently closed (there's no more store) and my package was just lied down in front of someone's house. How could the delivery courier just left the package like that without any safety and everyone can just take the package. So I suggest to change the courier or at least add more delivery options using other courier service 😊
