Fast and careful shipping, very pretty garland I should have taken the 40 LED model instead of 20 but that only concerns my choice. Nothing to complain about, I recommend

I have not yet received my order since there was a delay of 3 weeks, but I had to call customer service and I spoke to a competent, kind, and efficient person, I have already ordered and everything went well.

Response from Pure Deco
Hello, I am following up on the comment received from our provider Ekomi. Judging by your rating, you seem dissatisfied, so I would like to confirm that if you have not received your order, that is normal, knowing that the product you ordered has a deadline indicated for March. For maximum transparency, the availability information is listed on the product sheet of our site, is included in the shopping cart as well as in the order confirmation email. Our customer service is at your disposal for any further information. Best regards, Corinne

Quick response to my order, so I am satisfied. I would only say that 4 emails for one order is too much for me and my inbox ("The order is received, the order will be prepared, the order is ready, the order will be shipped, the order has been shipped" - I am simplifying...)

Very bad delivery service providing no more precise time slot than 8:00 AM / 5:30 PM which blocks the entire day. The delivery person left my 25 kg shelves in the hall of my building for me to carry up alone. Normally, there is an option that allows you to choose if the package is delivered to your home for an additional fee. It is impossible for me to order from sites with complicated deliveries. Otherwise, perfect product and perfect condition of the product.
