Customer reviews of Pure Deco

The only downside relates to the customs fees that you do not indicate for deliveries outside of France. Generally, sales sites provide these fees (in your case, the shipping fees are given and one assumes that there are customs fees) and provide addresses of merchants in France where one can be delivered if one wants to avoid these fees. In my case, the customs fees amounted to practically a quarter of the price of my purchase which I would not have made this way if I had been informed. It seems to me that this way of doing things lacks transparency and is misleading. Perhaps it would be better to either refuse to deliver outside of France or take the trouble to provide complete information.

Delivery made very quickly, without problem

Fast and efficient

I really appreciated being informed in real-time about the progress of the order. It's very professional... I am 100% satisfied with your service.

Perfect

Fast, very good.

Quality products, fast and compliant order. To recommend.

fast. compliant. efficient.

User-friendly site. Shipping within the deadlines.

I appreciated: -the speed of shipping -the tracking of the order

Item corresponds to the description, fast shipping and attractive price. Thank you

Good resolution of problems. Good products and good choice of brands

Nothing to report

Good service. Just one point, at the beginning, no indication regarding the status of the order in the account (for example, "in preparation").

Hello, the delivery price is too high

receipt of my parcel very fast, well packaged and in accordance with the photo

I had ordered two items. One of the items was missing. I canceled the order for the other item because the shipping costs were higher than the price of the item. Pure Deco immediately proceeded with a full refund.

the service was very good and very efficient. My only disappointment (big disappointment) was with a product ordered from the Mimilou brand (sticker). So nothing to do with the service and the delivery where there is nothing to complain about, quite the opposite.

Fast delivery, and well-packaged parcel. Impeccable

SUPER !! Nothing to report

A lot of choice by brand

hello I received my first order and I was satisfied

Email tracking and delivery speed very satisfactory

I did not receive my entire order. I had ordered 2 items but I only have one and the other was refunded. I am very disappointed not to have the other item which was out of stock.

Excellent service. Following an order, an advisor contacted me by phone to inform me of a defect on an item. I chose to replace it with another and despite this setback, I was delivered in the shortest possible time. The person in question was very friendly, efficient, and competent. The products are carefully packaged.

I am very satisfied with the product and the shipping was very fast.

Positive points: - Wide choice of products - €8 discount voucher upon signing up for the Newsletter very appreciated - Fast delivery, no waiting time - Perfect packaging and products, conforming to descriptions - Good customer follow-up Negative points: - Website a bit cluttered, too much classification of products, too many subcategories, too messy, no possibility to display all products on one page (time-saving)

pleasant surprise, the announced availability of 2 weeks was reduced to a few days!

Good products sold. Very good after-sales service: responsive and accommodating

Nice product, fast delivery

beautiful products and very fast and communicative service.

Very user-friendly website. However, information on order tracking needs to be reviewed as the order was placed on January 13 and no info since.

Very good service and fast. Nice little "message" card included with the package.

Fragile items perfectly well packaged. Careful and fast delivery

everything was great, the speed, the tracking, the simplicity, except for one thing: the dimensions of the shelf were correct but it still didn't fit because the bending of the metal meant that its true dimension had to be taken diagonally (62cm instead of 60). We had to move about 380 books and a hundred CDs to move 2 huge shelves. But the shelf is very beautiful......!!!

Fast delivery and suitable packaging

The best price found on the Internet, continuous tracking of the order until delivery occurred in a timely manner.

Very fast delivery! Original products and the one I received is of good quality.

very happy with my purchase
