Very nice selection offered, very fast delivery, maybe consider rethinking the free shipping... But I am adding this site to my favorites as I was disappointed by others that are much more well-known...

My order arrived in a timely manner, out of 4 lanterns one had a malfunction. A quick email to customer service a few days later and a new lantern was delivered to me, and I didn't even have to return the defective product. So a big congratulations to all of you for your seriousness.

2 broken glass tubes inside the package. The breakage occurred during packaging without a doubt because the tubes were in thick bubble wrap and there are no signs of shock on the package. I request that you kindly send me 2 replacement tubes. Thank you. JS

I am very satisfied with Pure Deco. Fast delivery, very well protected packaging, very good quality products. They have restocked trays from Ibrid that hadn't existed for several years, they are very professional people.
