Customer reviews of Pure Deco

for now; perfect

Fast delivery. Congratulations

Little flexibility for delivery...

I first paid a significant extra for 24-hour delivery before being told that the ordered goods were not available for 15 days. The "24-hour delivery extra" payment was of course validated by the site. I then had to repeatedly contact the merchant site to be told there was a delay because my order was not arriving on the indicated date (I would have had no info if I hadn't constantly contacted the site). I was finally delivered after a month. I was repeatedly told that the carrier would contact me to set a delivery date, which did not happen. The carrier called me once at my door, I was obviously at work an hour away from my home at that time. The carrier returned on Saturday morning, unwilling to climb the stairs because there is no elevator in my building, the reason why I had requested and paid for delivery!!! (detail of course not specified by the merchant site.) A total scam, no commercial gesture, no apology.

Good quality of the products offered

I really like what I chose, the shipment was very fast

good information regarding order tracking for my items no problem

THE DELIVERY WAS FAST AND TOO BAD FOR THE WOODEN HOOKS THAT WERE OUT OF STOCK...

Everything was perfect

On the site it says: delivery in 48 hours, except that it's just the shipping method, not counting the warehouse preparation (package ordered on the 11th and received on the 24th). The package arrived in poor condition (thanks to the post office). But pure deco was quick to resend the same product to another address (given the delay). So, good site but order in advance if it's for a gift.

Great responsiveness

MATCHES THE PHOTOS; good delivery tracking via email.

Everything is perfect

Nothing to improve on my part, everything was perfect

Receipt of the goods without any problem. Perfect packaging with protection. Very reasonable waiting time for receiving the package.

Too bad there are shipping fees for every new order!

nice site pleasant to use

Perfect packaging. Ultra-fast delivery. Merchandise as described.

Product meets all my expectations and very good service

The delivery is fast and we are informed of the order shipment. I ordered MimiLou stickers but I find them smaller than in the photo on the site!

fast and correct!

1_I find the shipping costs high and especially not decreasing based on the order amount. Paying 6.40 on a 34 euro order hurts. 2_ The site advertises 24-hour delivery. In fact, for an order placed on Sunday, we received it on Thursday, but May 1st was a holiday. But in any case, the tracking information is great!

Great service! Very friendly and efficient phone response! I think I'll order again from this site, the products are original and at all prices.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

Clear and well-made website, good order tracking, very fast delivery.

efficient and fast delivery service, don't change anything!

too bad some items are no longer available on the site

I find a lack of attention

Excellent quality/price ratio. Design object. Ultra fast delivery

I am very satisfied with your service

Everything is perfect! beautiful product, delivery on time RAD!

ORDER HANDLING, TRACKING AND FAST SHIPPING, NOTHING TO REPORT!

Very satisfied with the ordered product. Clear and well-made website. Many decoration ideas.

(too bad there is no store in Paris) ;)

Order shipped quickly, product protection in the packaging ok, friendliness on the phone. Nothing to say, all positive!

that unavailable products be removed from the catalog

careful and super fast shipping.

Great except the explanation notes are a bit light

I would like the shipping costs to be cheaper.
