The arrival SMS of my product was received by a friend at whose place I had requested the last delivery to take place. I had noticed this in the emails I had received before and I had written an email myself to explain to them that there was an error and to change that. It has not been changed... Fortunately, my friend forwarded me the arrival SMS.

I have emailed twice but received no answer. I ordered 8 bags of feed for 1 horse. 1 bag was slashed open. I told the driver I would accept 7 but not the damaged 1 as I have had sick horses in the past from contamination and I could not take the risk. Also 1/3 of the contents were on the van floor. He refused to take it back. I can keep it until next time but that will be a few months from now. Please can you credit 1 bag back to my card. Many thanks, Adam
