Satisfactory products. One problem with the flexy powder, however. It binds together quite quickly and over time becomes a little complicated to use. Otherwise, delivery tracking is top-notch. Good interface.

FLEXY powder and SUPER FLEXY are products that remain very sensitive to a humid atmosphere. This is due to the fact that these products contain fructose, which can become heavier in contact with humidity.

However, this "agglomeration" does not alter the quality or efficacy of the product (as long as you don't notice anything else abnormal, of course :) ).

To minimize the risk of "crystallization", it is essential to store the product in a dry place (including when opening and closing the jar), away from light and at room temperature.

I already tested it on my pony last year. She had just had an operation (hernia) and had lost condition. She was under treatment and I wanted to be sure that the treatments didn't upset her intestines. This product was recommended to me and so I tried it. It's in lightning form and mixes easily with the grains. I bought a jar of prevention because she had just been wormed.

Convenient dosing, even if sometimes the "candies" are broken so we do puzzles to get a full dose per pony! They smell quite strong so my ponies, who love them, smell me coming and stick to me to get their portion! ♥️ Perfect delivery! As for the effect, I've only been using it for 15 days, so I don't have enough hindsight to give my opinion on this point! In any case it doesn't do them any harm 😜

It does indeed happen that some units break once packed or during transport.

You will find a small printed ruler on the product label, this allows you to dose more precisely, knowing that a 4cm unit ≈ 10g of product.
