Thank you! Yes, Mattuga is an excellent rum, very atypical, radically different from the other two rums you mentioned. I'm glad you liked the spiced version. You should try the non-spiced version, not sweet at all but extremely aromatic, and also a clairin from Haiti (Casimir, Sajous, or Vaval) which curiously offers a nose similar to the Matugga Spiced that I have in my glass as I write (however, on the palate, it's completely different). Thank you for your comment. The way we fill the bottles is as follows: we open a 70 cl bottle and make 14 small bottles from it. We use an automatic filler for this. The samples are all supposed to contain 5 cl, and this has nothing to do with whether it is an expensive rum or not. It is possible that there is a little more or a little less if the original bottle does not contain exactly or a little more than 70 cl, but in the order of 1 or 2 milliliters (so maybe 4.9 or 5.1 cl for example). Therefore, if you received samples that are underfilled, it is an anomaly that we can correct by sending you a new bottle or issuing a partial refund (ideally, do not hesitate to send us a photo of the sealed bottles so that we can more easily understand the problem and help us improve our quality processes). So in summary, the fact that the more expensive ones are a little less filled is certainly an unfortunate coincidence, especially since the logistics team that prepares the bottles does not know the prices of the bottles. Thank you for this evaluation. Regarding the packaging, if you had checked the box, it should have reached the preparation team, so it is probably a human error (and not a "technical" one).
