Hello Madam, Your parcel had been packed correctly, as we always do. The box was not gigantic, as you claim, because we are very careful to adjust their size to the products shipped. Shipping costs are not overcharged, as you claim: we charge our customers the exact cost of shipping, without making a mark-up. And, unfortunately, we don't decide on shipping rates and energy costs. You talk about €25 fabric, but you've never ordered fabric by the meter. Our prices have risen in line with our suppliers' price increases. As you know, the price of raw materials has soared recently... What's more, most of your orders have been for items on special offer, on which you've benefited from substantial discounts. You will understand that, in an envelope, the presentation is limited, because they must not be more than 3 cm thick, otherwise they are refused by La Poste.
