I received the order and it was on time and the pills work great.

Very bad communication from this seller. Without any information during the order taking, the site validates your purchase although the delivery is suspended during the holidays. Result more than 3 weeks of delay during which your relay point or yourself may be absent because of holidays.

Shipping costs too high

The packages of foodstuffs are not hermetically sealed!

The products are not too bad but often out of stock...on the other hand, the customer service sucks. I was never informed of the delivery of the product at the relay point, I had to contact the customer service who never answered me by email. The products are quality, well packaged and shipped quickly. I'm taking off 2 stars because the delivery is marked as offered, but as soon as you log in to finalize the order, fees appear...

The lack of communication was the problem caf I had to send a message to know why my order did not arrive (approx 10 days) while the delivery charges are to my taste a little expensive.

Fast shipping. I ordered 3 different kinds of vanilla (kely, prima and papouasie). The size and freshness is decent, but I find it severely lacking in flavor. I expected much better.

Good product but shipping costs too expensive

I did not receive my first package because of the post office but Sambavanilla was very reactive to send me back a package that I received well this time, the vanilla looks top quite fragrant. I thank you Sambavanilla, I would surely do another order with you.

I ordered the top of the range and expected better, I don't see the difference with the one I buy in a bag at the supermarket. I'm very pleased with the service.

Vanilla quite dry

A little disappointed with the size of the vanilla, very small

One of the few sites to mention the vanillin content, vanilla as described .... ...but, the taste is not there. I'm used to making ice cream and custards with vanilla beans, but I didn't find the smell and taste I usually had. I'm going to double the doses, and it will become a luxury dessert, too bad.

I placed my order on 02/09/20, I received it on 10/09/20. Delivery too long!

I thought the pod would be larger however it was well filled and had a lot of flavor. Next time I will take the higher quality.

I have received my order and it is now ready to be shipped. The product was just crushed (cocoa bean crumbs). I would like to thank you for the great service.

Aroma not very intense

Quite disappointed with the black pepper from Madagascar. Indeed it is quite bland, unlike that of another supplier

Disappointed that the vanilla does not come from Reunion Island. It comes from Madagascar. ...less good for my taste. Less fleshy pods than the ones I had brought from Reunion. Fast shipping but too expensive for the quality.
