Hello, product conforms to the order, only small problem for which I might not order from Sambavanilla again, the ordered delay on 06.11 received on 11.11 for about 60kms at €3.49 for delivery to the relay point.

The pods are really small, it is rated 13-14 on the site but we are more around 12-13 and some below 12cm

The sizes of the pods advertised are verified and there are no pods sold below the size. If you want longer pods, we offer them up to 25 cm. It's up to you to choose.

I could have been satisfied if only the delivery service (Mondial Relay) had allowed me to avoid returning the package to the sender since I was abroad by letting me leave it there for two more days. I now refuse to make them work.

Packages indeed do not stay more than a week at relay points, and if you do not go to pick them up, they are returned to the sender. Next time, do not hesitate to ask us to delay the shipment if you are not available to pick up your order.
