Beautiful quality, good communication, delighted with my first order!
The only small downside would be the slightly long delivery time.

Fast customer service. Shipping and manufacturing met expectations.
Issue with packaging: order of 2000 products sent in 7 boxes with variable and random quantities

I am satisfied with my order in terms of the shopping experience on the site and the shipping time.
I still have 2 remarks:
- I had previously ordered a sample of the product that I then ordered in quantity but I did not benefit from a discount on this second purchase as mentioned in case of purchasing a sample
- I was not informed by the UPS carrier that my package had arrived at my pickup point

The fact that you have to assemble the boxes yourself would imply providing an instruction manual (assembly instructions) in each shipment.

Hello,
I personalized labels with my order of invitation boxes but after finalizing the order I see that only the boxes were taken into account. Disappointed. But the boxes are great anyway.
