I am disappointed with the DPD pick-up delivery service. The package, announced with a delay of 2 to 3 days, ultimately took 7 to 8 days to arrive. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that the delays have reached a full week. Moreover, the package was not delivered to the relay point I had selected. The relay point chosen by the service is not even one of the closest to my home. Finally, while tracking the package, I noticed that it passed through several centers far from its final destination (Courcelles, Vilvoorde, Arras, Roissy, Nancy), which seems to have contributed to the delay.
