I ordered a product during Black Friday week with 1+1 free. However, my product was not part of the promotion, but Vitanutrics made a commercial gesture and I was able to receive a second product. Thank you

Black Friday attractive offer in the header but looking closer the offer does not apply to the entire range. Too bad. Can do better!

Response from Shop Vitanutrics
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that our Black Friday offer may have caused confusion and that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our 1 purchased = 1 free promotion applied this year to the entire Collagen range as well as to VITACIDE and VITADETOX & PROTECT products, but not to our entire catalog. We take note of your comment: the clarity of our communications is very important to us, and your feedback helps us improve for future campaigns. Our team remains fully available if you would like personalized advice or if you have any questions. We are committed to providing impeccable commercial service and we would be delighted to assist you. Thank you again for your feedback, The Vitanutrics team

Shipping too expensive for Switzerland! Belgium and France FREE!!!!
Translated reviews
Response from Shop Vitanutrics
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your disappointment regarding shipping costs to Switzerland, and we are sincerely sorry that this impacted your experience. Unfortunately, international shipping costs – especially outside the EU – are significantly higher and imposed by carriers. Therefore, we cannot apply the same conditions as for Belgium or France, where the rates are much more favorable and allow us to offer free shipping. However, please know that we are constantly looking for solutions to reduce these costs and make our international deliveries more accessible. Your feedback is valuable to us and motivates us to continue in this direction. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or if we can assist you. Have a great day, The Vitanutrics team
