Regarding the condition of the skis and the shipment, very good, however, the dimensions of the skis indicated in the advertisement were not the real ones, nor was the profile, as they said they were rocker at the tail and tip and the skis are full camber. That is why I am going to return them.

I received the product 20 days late (I couldn't use it for skiing) and in terrible condition; customer service never gave me a clear answer and I had to pay the costs to return the skis. I am happy to change my opinion if they respond positively about the refund.

I want to return the skis and I'm going to get on it right now, I just came from the slopes and I hit myself a few times, which is why, because these skis are such that you can't dig in edges or turn or anything. I left my usual skis in the car and damn the time I thought of buying this... you can't sell something that can cause a very serious accident... which is what happened to me, I went all the way up because I'm used to doing it with all my skis (they are 163cm, 171cm, and others 180 wide for powder snow) and when I went to turn there was no way to do it, it was like carrying two banana peels... just like that, so I fell five times before getting down and you are lucky that nothing serious happened to me because otherwise I would have sued you for selling something that without being in condition is a weapon, so VERY BAD, not a little, no... EVERYTHING -.

Hello, I have received the skis I purchased second-hand (reference / product description). Unfortunately, the actual condition of the equipment is significantly worse than what was indicated in the ad (e.g., deep scratches, damage, unmentioned wear). I have tried to contact customer service / the seller several times without receiving any response, which is very disappointing for a transaction that seemed serious. Therefore, I cannot recommend this experience. I hope this feedback can help other buyers and encourage the seller to improve the quality of the equipment.

They assured that the order would be delivered in 4/5 days. It has been 7 days and it still hasn't arrived. I needed them.

I received skis in a condition I had never seen even in skis left in the trash or garage sales, catastrophic and unacceptable.
Our skis are regularly maintained and perfectly functional. The aesthetic aspect may sometimes show signs of use, as it is used material, but this does not affect performance or glide quality.
The description stated that the ski shows significant wear and has individual holes. I did not expect that a 5cm piece of the top layer was missing.
Ski stage 3 but one of the skis is in very poor condition, almost unsellable. I don't understand how one can sell skis for 70€ in such bad condition.

I ordered two pairs of ski boots. Both are specially made for wide calves and have a flex rating of 49 and 70 respectively. I am slim, but I have relatively larger calves. I can't even get into the purchased boots. No flexibility at all! The plastic edges are hardly bendable or movable, but are completely stiff. What a shame!
Customer service absent, unable to handle requests on time before shipping the packages despite several messages to rectify before shipping, then responses like "well I don't know if it's classic or skating" : seriously.... Mediocre! 2 weeks wasted, and an internship without ski shoes

I have not received either the package or the return
The goods are more junk
I purchased skis that were supposed to be wear level 1, but the skis I received had SIGNIFICANT damage and were assessed by a local ski professional as being in poor condition and needing significant repairs in order to be usable. If these are Skioccas LEVEL 1 skis that are in such poor condition, then how can they even sell something in worse condition? I feel like this company is misleading customers as to the skis actual condition and this is dangerous and unethical. I tried to contact customer support and even showed photos of the extensive damage and so far they have not been cooperative.

A piece is missing on my skis, which show more pronounced signs of use than expected for a wear category of level 1. Can a commercial gesture be made? Otherwise, I will have to return these skis whose wear seems to be at a higher level than those ordered. Thank you for your understanding.

The ski being in wear state 3, is much more worn than the other skis delivered by you in the same wear state. I would therefore like to return them.

The skis in state 3 did warn... but it said they could be rescued with treatments. Nicks that reached the wood, one of the skis was coming inflated and also the binding was useless. A total dissatisfaction, I had to return them. Customer service responds very slowly and with generic things...
Why long delivery times.
Good morning, I had to choose category 3 due to the lack of size and type of skis I needed, so I expected the skis to be used, but not that they had been through a war. They are really damaged, some points even lack entire edges. I am very disappointed.

I recently purchased a pair of skis for €80 listed as having a wear level of 2. However, upon receiving them, I noticed that they are not in acceptable condition. They show significant wear beyond cosmetic damage — the tips are completely worn and delaminated.
Order not received in weeks, with no information from Skioccas or the carrier.
The skis are in a desolate condition. Binding broken, some deep dents that you can see down to the base material, and the supposedly done ski service is also unsatisfactory. Deep scratches also on the underside and thick wax drips. And all of this in the best category. Unfortunately, the return process is also difficult, as no pickup for bulky goods is offered. One is forced to send the package back at their own expense.

The bindings on both ordered skis are so loose, like junk, that I don't believe it works at all, so possibly not usable.

The skis received did not match the photo on the skioccas site. The skis were supposed to be in a wear level 1 ("They show visible scratches" according to the skioccas site). This is not the case. While the base is correct, the tips are very damaged. Some "gouges" have been patched with resin. Others have not. The internal fiber is exposed in places, jeopardizing the waterproofing of the ski. For €100 and from all the ads on Le Bon Coin that I have browsed, no individual dares to offer skis in this condition for more than €20. Experience to forget.
