Hello, I have received the skis I purchased second-hand (reference / product description). Unfortunately, the actual condition of the equipment is significantly worse than what was indicated in the ad (e.g., deep scratches, damage, unmentioned wear). I have tried to contact customer service / the seller several times without receiving any response, which is very disappointing for a transaction that seemed serious. Therefore, I cannot recommend this experience. I hope this feedback can help other buyers and encourage the seller to improve the quality of the equipment.

I received skis in a condition I had never seen even in skis left in the trash or garage sales, catastrophic and unacceptable.

Impeccable delivery. I bought a pair of K2 skis with 3 wear, I didn't expect to receive skis with so many impacts and wear.

Speed question everything is fine but quality is average, it is true that it is marked worn level 3 but between worn and ruined, there is a gap. Because the material I received, the shoes are okay, but the skis are ruined, the sole completely worn out. I am disappointed.

Ski stage 3 but one of the skis is in very poor condition, almost unsellable. I don't understand how one can sell skis for 70€ in such bad condition.
