Navigation on the site ok, customer service: didn't need to contact; shipping maybe a bit long but reasonable given the current context. Undoubtedly, however, reception and packaging are correct, preparation and control are perfectly taken care of.

The site is clear and the delivery is fast.
The only small downside is that one item from my order was no longer available and I was not notified by email.
It was just noted on the delivery slip, the item was crossed out and marked "refunded". A little "sorry for the inconvenience" would have been appreciated

Response from Soledi ArtDeco Published on 12/01/2023

Hello, you were informed during your order that our company was closed for the year-end holidays by several messages displayed in the cart! That's why you were able to use the discount code that had to be entered after reading the absence message! The package was shipped on 01/04, as soon as the store reopened. Regarding the tracking emails, please check your spam, as the emails for receipt, validation, preparation, and shipment of the order are automatically sent with each status change. Best regards, Sophie
