super happy Just that I didn't realize the bulkiness. The weight is clearly defined (padding material for example).. It's very suitable for the work I want to do, but devilishly bulky. I didn't realize.. Same for the wool. In addition to the weight (light material), it might be good to indicate the size of the bags.. Other than that, it's perfect.

I haven't received my package.... what can I do and say? I sent a message to mondial relais...

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello, I am really sorry for this bad rating, which questions our professionalism, while it concerns an issue with the relay point. A simple call or email would have allowed me to clarify things for you. However, as of today, I see that you received your package at the PRESSING DE LA BAISE relay point on 12/11/22 at 16:39; Mondial relay sent me the proof of signature. As a seller, we reacted quickly to your order placed on 07/11 at 18:45 and shipped on 08/11 at 10:45.

Very difficult to find the desired color, in fact it is not the color I wanted. So a waste of €15 for nothing.
Translated reviews
Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello, I am sorry that the color you wanted was no longer available in the variations, but it is specified in the product description that it is no longer marketed and that we only have 7 different colors of this paint left. You chose this color buttler magenta. We just checked the video of the preparation of your order, my colleague did indeed ship the bottle of buttler magenta. The amount of your order with your choice of home delivery was €12 (and not €15), a delivery to a relay point would have saved you €2. Best regards.

The product meets my expectations but was very very poorly packaged. Disrespectful.

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello, we just checked the videos of the preparation and shipping of your order and I do not understand your comment... the plastic balls were packaged under blister as well as in soft paper, all shipped in a double-walled cardboard box. Disrespectful?? Thank you in advance for giving me more explanations.
