I am satisfied overall except for the payment by Paypal which was delayed in my case. I don't understand why. I had to wait 10 days before PayPal paid the money to soSAV. Once the payment was made I received it very quickly.

Ordered tools to take apart my smartphone and replace the battery. Alas I was a bad operator, because I ruined my phone trying to access the battery. Returned my order and refunded without discussion.
