Finally delivered the day before the third month of delivery of an order cashed the day after the order I have no confidence.

We thank you for your opinion and are sincerely sorry for the delay in delivery.

As indicated on the product sheet when you placed your order, the item was not available for immediate shipment but under 7 to 15 days initially.

As a result, the order becomes a "pre-order", which requires a payment to be received so that we can order the missing product from our supplier.

This last one underwent an important and quite abnormal delay, of which we were dependent exactly like you. Our team apologizes for the inconvenience this delay has caused.

Very good, but the last star is missing because 1) it is not specified that when buying the screen, it is desirable to order a gasket as well, 2) the plastic tool is of very poor quality and 3) the change time (40 minutes) is underestimated for non-experts.
