The site says that the part is sent the same day if ordered before 3pm. What I did. During my purchase I was offered several delivery rates. I choose the cheapest. Order validated. I receive an email telling me that the delivery rate I chose is not adapted to my order and that I have to pay 4 euros more... Then the days pass without any news of my order. Result, order received 1 week later and delivery costs higher than expected ... Not convinced. This will be my one and only purchase on this site.

Response from SOSAV
Ciao Eliot,

Buona giornata.

Cordiali saluti,
Il team di SOSav.fr

Thanks to Sophie from the support team for her daily reactivity to my questions about the compatibility of the screen block for my iMac 27 and to the reception by the seller on their site for the withdrawal of the goods. For a slab sold 499€ at the beginning these last days, it passed to 417€ yesterday and by navigating on the site I received a notification do not leave with promotional code = PARTEZPAS with -15% ....je jumps on the occaz and buys the last model in stock for 355€ that is to say -30%! Moral: prefer French and local companies like SOSav (Specialized in mobile phones among others, the site SOSav was created in 2013 by Mikael Thomas and Sebastien Cornec on the model of the American iFxit.) with such a promptness that it is at the level of the support mail and the preparation of orders that even Aliexpress does not align itself because sold more than 500€ without counting the delivery times

First time I've bought and changed the battery in my IPhone. Fast service, good product and very clear tuto. It's very impressive when you're not used to opening devices but you're proud to have succeeded in the operation. I recommend it!

Response from SOSAV
Ciao Gilles,

Cordiali saluti,
Il team di SOSav.fr

Equipment that didn't work: very frustrating to assemble and reassemble for nothing at all. Fortunately customer service is responsive and returns and refunds are pretty quick. But I don't recommend it at all.

Response from SOSAV

Cordiali saluti,
Il team di SOSav.fr
