Correct site and explanatory videos

Some things to improve the delivery time is correct it just lacks a part in the package

Ordering when the item is not immediately available seems not to work (payment error) as well as the notification by e-mail of the availability of an item.

The site was not up to date so I'm waiting for the restocking, always annoying especially with a chronopost delivery at 8.99euros.otherwise very practical and interesting site.

Badly indicated, the screwdrivers are not well located.

Very satisfied with the site, however I paid 14.99 for an express delivery chronopost to be delivered the next day before 13h because I had a requirement and the package arrived around 17h in my mailbox

Material does not correspond to what I ordered

Product not in stock as advertised on the website. Restocking in 1 week followed by a delivery in qq days.

Delivery time too long

I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get the part I need, but I'm sure I'll be able to get it. I have sent the part back at my expense for the moment.... I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

Good communication after purchase, quick response. The site says "Satisfied or refunded - 30 days to change your mind" but it does not apply to batteries. Only a credit note will be provided, which forces you to come back and make a purchase on the site...

Apart from the screwdrivers and pliers, the tool kit is of poor quality: the suction cup does not work and the spatula is broken after the first use, otherwise the battery and the charging connector work properly

Satisfactory service. Fast delivery but disappointed with the suggested tool kit for an Iphone 5C. The supplied pentalobe screwdriver is too big for this smartphone.

The screen for iPhone 5 ordered was defective. Nothing serious because the support department was very responsive. On the other hand, I am not very satisfied with the exchange possibilities. Indeed, the refund does not seem to be an option and on the other hand, I am asked to pay a second time to accelerate the service. Even if this amount is reimbursed later, it bothers me... Why not simply offer a deposit without payment?

I ordered a screen in express on Monday, the same day it was shipped. Unfortunately the 2nd day it was stopped at chronopost because some documents were missing for the shipment. It's been 7 days since I ordered my screen and it's still stuck in France... I'm really disappointed and I would like to be reimbursed for the express shipping costs since they didn't keep their promise. If like me you order from Switzerland, don't be in a hurry...

The site is well done. The tutorials give an idea of how to change the parts, but are a little light on explanations. to perform the operation. fast delivery although I regret having paid a supplement because the package never left before 15h as promised. The products were very well packaged thank you for the little carambar found in the package that made me smile.

Delivery too long

3 stars because I finally received my order, but more than a month to ship it! I'm very happy with the service, but they couldn't give me any information about the delivery time... so I had to wait without any information. A little commercial gesture would have been the least I could do.....

Quality items but prices are a bit high.
