My experience is mixed...

All is not available too bad

1 month after ordering and my payment no product received (I ordered 2) nor any information. Following my request I was offered to send 1 of 2 products as the other was not available and I had to receive a voucher to re-purchase the missing product and to cover shipping costs. In the end I received both products in the same package except that one (not the one that was identified as not available) was OCCASION (it had 3 screws " stuck" to the speaker and traces of use - dirt) and not new. Following my second intervention (fortunately I took the pictures before unpacking the product) I received (I hope) the new product. Since then I have found another site that is less expensive and I hope more professional so I will go to the competition for my next purchase.

The kit is well designed, but I looked at the tutorial of another site to carry out the handling because that of sosav is not always comprehensible. And some delicate points were not indicated, like the fact that it is necessary to take off the old glass on the middle and not only on the sides; that it is necessary to clean the residues of adhesive with solvent.

Nothing to say

I ordered a nexus 2nd generation screen + accessories, what was my surprise when I opened the package, I had everything but the most important screen! I called the service and was told that it was out of stock, but on the site it was available. I just regret that the site did not maj the availability of the product that would have avoided me to order because now I am obliged to wait for the restocking of the product within 15 days ... Not cool.

All in all, it's correct, video made available for help! The only problem is the quality of the products.

Careful trader

I can't put more than 3 stars because I ordered my battery at the beginning of September and it was clearly stated that my order was out of stock for about 10 days! But I only received it on 18/10/2017 it really took too long. I am sure that SOSAV is not completely responsible but still they are the ones who choose their suppliers! I'm very pleased with the quality of the battery and its packaging.

The delivery man didn't come to my house and just left a message "recipient absent" while I waited for him. I'm not sure what to expect from SOSAV itself, but change your delivery service provider!

Fast delivery but the spare parts were not of good quality.

The set could have been perfect but one of the screwdrivers arrived damaged (too bad it's the one I was supposed to use the most) and the suction cup that was supposed to be new was already more than worn out. The principle of the tutorials with the spare parts is well detailed and very useful.

Nice site to use

The product was received on time and well protected, but it does not conform to the version ordered. The connector is not the right one and therefore unusable. I'm waiting for the seller to review my evaluation. I am waiting for the seller to review my evaluation.

Good site, cheap parts and fast delivery

I received the item at the depository and returned it because no notice of availability was sent to me ... on the other hand Refacturation for the second time of the shipping costs to receive my article, After contact no consideration of my claim if I want to receive my article repayer the shipping costs! Not able to manage a product in stock and the other one not in an order when one becomes available the other one is not and so on......

Fast shipping, functional product. I thought I was buying a COMPLETE PS3 player, as described in the article and as the picture suggests, but some components were not present in the product sold. I was able to retrieve these components from the old player, which allowed me to fix my problem, but I wish I had known what I was buying BEFORE I received it.

Poor delivery times and products not up to expectations

Very good except for the delivery which must arrive /48h paying more than 10 and which is delivered 5 days later.

The products are conform and of good quality, however my note will not pass the 3 stars since following my first order I still miss the isesamo tool that I was charged but which was not in my package. I have to say that I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.
