Despite a quick response from customer service, and a deposit to receive a new part faster, I have received nothing after 5 days and the tracking link is not valid.

Hello, disappointed with my order, I ordered a 2ds touchscreen, supposedly delivered with a sticker not present on the screen or even in the box, the phone number on the site has no interlocutor just an answering machine that says you have to contact customer service by filling out the forms or via mail.... Result after contact by mail, I have to face the photo of the article received and then send it back, a very long procedure, also knowing that if I am delivered at home it is not to go to a post office, the error coming from them, inspection of the article before sending it would not happen. The most deplorable is to put a phone number in front to have an answering machine cordially

On the site I was offered a delivery for the next day (know that the weather is predictable so you can block the delivery option before 13h), it is not respected it is up to you to make a refund to the customer and not the carrier. You are free to arrange or not with your carrier. SOSav is a bad site selling average products with responsive but borderline LEGAL support. I bought a complete iPhone 6 screen that had 3 defects. Knowing that the replacement would only be made after they received this more than defective product, I ordered from another merchant in order to have a functional product quickly. It had been less than 14 days since I placed my order, so I asked for a refund. They refuse and tell me that it is only a credit note or replacement of the product (it is illegal). It took me multiple conversations (36 emails sent/received) stating the various French laws (art. L. 221-24) obliging them to refund me to win my case. I will NEVER recommend this site as it has a policy of THIEF. I would have put "0" but it is not possible. PS: here is the update of my review, please don't delete it yet.

I ordered a battery and a power connector for iPhone 4s but I was disappointed by the quality of these products. The proximity sensor that I received has one of the branches of the tablecloth too long of a few millimeters. I had to twist it a bit to clip it on. The power button is very hard but works. The tools are correct. It is a pity that the flat head screwdriver is not magnetic. I did a battery test which shows that it is perfect but unfortunately it discharges too quickly (the % drops almost at sight), even by setting and optimizing the features and some applications of the iPhone ... The after sales service is very reactive. The parts are guaranteed for one year, and they propose to change them, but they have to dismantle everything and take pictures of the defective parts beforehand. Afterwards, they propose to send back the parts and to change them. This very constraining and meticulous operation discouraged me. I couldn't see myself dismantling everything again just to take pictures, so I took the responsibility of refusing to go through with the proposed process. It's up to you...

Cde passed the 03/11/2017 I relaunch the 24/11 and I am asked to manage to find my package "in the process of delivery" with the tracking. I am very annoyed that I do not have a contact person.

The order did not contain what the tuto used, namely the flat tool used to remove the battery. So, it's uncomfortable and stressful

It is not the same material as the original glass (the original glass is polished).

It is a glass of Honor 7 but without the circuit that allows this link with the LCD screen. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I have to say nothing about the product but very disappointed by the delivery that I paid not far from 10 euros to be delivered in person under signature and person not deliver and no receipt in the mailbox.I had to move to the post office so pay more expensive while I had myself to go get my package I find it very average.

Delivery of order more than a month after order! Windows phone screen ordered was a used part! Unpleasant after sales service.

No tuto for only the men's tablecloth and when we ask we are told it is better to take button + tablecloth. Thank you for saying so once purchased!
