I received my Soway hat "Seaside - Wide Brim" at the beginning of summer and I haven't had a single sunburn. It is very light and pleasant to wear. I was afraid it would deform when folding it for storage, but it easily regains its shape and even withstands water (I wore it to swim). For someone who hates slathering on sunscreen, this hat is the solution I've been looking for a long time!

Perfect hat, although a bit small. However, the plastic attachment that holds the string under the chin is irreparably broken after a month. The spring is too strong or the plastic too fragile, but this spring has dug into the plastic to the point of making a hole and coming out.

Wearing a hat out of necessity (dermal), which means almost all the time, is annoying. I wouldn't go so far as to say that with a SOWAY hat it becomes a pleasure, but objectively it's less hard: less hot, lighter, good wind resistance, washable, not fragile. I have two: for the garden and the city.
