It was simple to install. I watched the video & it showed how to install. I like the lock.I had to contact customer service. You contact them by email & they are very responsive. I ended up emailing them back & forth several times as I was troubleshooting a problem with my lock. The emails did not get lost in the shuffle, I believe it was sent to the same rep each time. I imagined it would be difficult task to deal with customer service by email, but it was not. They were very helpful & great with follow up too! It always helps when you have great customer service!!They said they will be releasing another lock soon. I am interested to see it.

A new try, great customer service & productLike its design and all its function meet my need. Getting it to replace the old lock for our room to avoid children entering without our permission. The installation is very easy, the lock fits my door, so I do not need to do anything else, just need to prepare a screwdrive, two handles are connected with the bar, connecting rods and screws, put them in right position and screw the screws tightly, taking me about 10 mins to replace and install. Fingerprint reader is also great. After adding the lock into the app, I add my fingerprint immediately, it could recognize and unlock for me quickly. My naughty children are interested in this lock and still wanted to enter my room to play, but they could just hear operation fail when putting their fingerprint on the scanner and they could only go back. When I think I don not need to worry about the mess they made, suddenly the door opened when my son turned the handle. I was very confused and also try to turn it and found the door opened when I turn left the handle, which completely defeats the reason I got the handle. I called their customer service and the persons that I spoke to was patient. After talking, he helped me found out the problem, I did not turn the spindle and let it point at "S". After adjusting, I check again and confirm the problem was solved. After a month, all functions still work well and I am actually satisfied with this lock, letting me have a private environment when i need to work.

I already had 4 Google WiFi pucks, so I used a Google Nest Router to integrate everything. I ended up having to reset my entire network to get everything setup. I couldn’t just reset the main Google WiFi puck. I have the Google Nest Router wired to the other 3 Google Wifi pucks. I setup the last Google WiFi puck in the garage. I’m debating wiring the last Google WiFi puck, but everything works and it’s solid.ATM, I’m unable to rename the Google WiFi pucks and Google Nest Router. I also had an issue with setting up Google WiFi and the Google Nest Router with my original names from my previous network in the Google Home app (iOS). If you receive an error during the setup process, try using a new name for everything. I got everything to work and 4/5 are wired with Ethernet. Despite the bugs, I love Google Nest WiFi. It simply works and I can set it up and forget about it. I’m looking forward to the Thread capabilities Google is going to update in the future, because I’m heavy invested into Google Nest.

I like it! The Google Nest looks great and connects to the internet like a champ. It was easy to install too-- both on the desk and in the tree out front. The problem is that the birds never did figure out how to use it.I eventually brought it back inside. There was this whole thing with the neighbors not believing that birds use wifi but I heard on Facebook that they're just government drones so I assumed Google had some sort of networking thing worked out so they'd lay their eggs on it. Once the HOA president weighed in, I didn't have a choice but to curtail my environmental efforts. I think the words he used were "cease and desist" but I was only half listening.Anyway, maybe you'll have better results than I did. While this device is really good at Googling, it's pretty terrible at nesting so I'd recommend just plugging it into the wall and then maybe take it outside like once a week to see if the birds have taken a class or something.

Exactly what I expected. Works fine, easily integrated into the NEST system and easily viewed remotely on smart phone.Disappointing that you have to subscribe to have access to the recordings, but that was spelled out in the description. Can buy that cloud service, but cannot used any of the equipment I have to achieve the same results. Cannot combine with my other surveillance cams or the DVR.FOV is wide and therefore makes a difficult image if you are using with a shorter focal length such as under 20 feet.Example: When in use as a doggie cam in the house, image is distorted. Motion detection and setting options are good. You have excellent options when setting sensitivity and ability to select region to include/exclude from motion detection. Definitely want to exclude ceiling fans and TV from the motion detection zone. Or externally exclude any street traffic or blowing tree limbs. Software also seems to be able to discriminate between humans and not when choosing to "detect".Audio functional, but not great. What can one expect from a small camera with built in speaker? Would be nice to have an audio-out option for plugging in better speaker or ability to record.Probably easy to connect with Google Home Hub (base unit) -- had to have my wife do it as it was more involved than I had patience. These cameras are still a little expensive for the function--compared to what you can have with options that do not have a NEST/ RING/ALEXA base unit compatibility-- and you still get the shake down to buy cloud space if you want the recordings archived at all. Had very short trial period and you get to test drive the community function which would be great for security conscious people. Ability to see what "events" have been reported by other participants around your vicinity. The NEST system (doorbell included) was handy during trial period when someone crashed their car into my front yard and I could watch the people, police, and tow-truck tearing up my front yard. I was also able to communicate with police who came to my door to inform me, but I was grocery shopping.Would recommend, but may wait until price comes down to buy again.Would really get excited about this if there were options to record directly to my own equipment, without giving Google (and who knows who else) access to images (and audio) from inside my home. You definitely want to remain aware of when it is ON/OFF.

I'm not a nest user as a lot of the negative reviewers are. I went over the google and youtube reviews and selected this outdoor battery camera. It was easy to charge and install. The google home service worked fine with me google account. The picture quality is sharp. Day and night.Motion detection is probably the only issue. At nighttime there is a noticeable delay in detecting animals and cars. And most often the clip shows the tail end of something leaving the camera angle. No false alerts from leaves. The AI knows when it is me in the camera. I haven't had a big thunderstorm yet so still to see on that.5 starts because I looked at the reviews of all the similar outdoor cameras and none stand out as perfect. The Nest is in the top three if not number one in this category.

An absolutely great camera for the price point. Amazing that you don’t need to pay for the subscription if you don’t want to. I’m still hoping they release the hub with memory storage so all my videos can be kept in my house. It’s very easy to set these up, they come with their stands so you don’t need to buy an extra stand and their very easy to add to a wall with the screws etc. The two way audio works well without distortion and the cable is long enough to reach a plug socket (unlike other blink cams these need plugging in). The only real down side to these is that their infra red light isn’t strong at all. It means that at night the night vision is really bad. You can solve that by getting a plug in infrared light and plugging it in next to the cameras. But that’s just annoying. There are cheaper cameras (that aren’t at all secure) with better parts in them than these. I wouldn’t suggest buying those though as they don’t have the safety and security rules for your data that blink do.If you’re looking for a camera that’s a good performer and won’t end up having the inside of your home streamed on the internet for anyone to watch, this is the camera for you.

Fantastic blink camera. No wires very easy to set up, it took 5 minutes and everything was up and running. Can’t believe how clear the camera is.If your looking for a HD camera which is small in size and weather proof and works day and night I recommend you purchase blink security cam. It’s great , works really well with my phone instant notifications plus two way voice control. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend

All set up and working within 15 minutes. Works from wi-fi and via mobile phone. Will be adding more to system!Second camera added, synchronised perfectly. Also bought a 256GB USB stick to plug into the ‘Sync’ unit, therefore no subscription required.Night view with no street lighting has a good clear picture of my driveway due to the integral IR light.Taking a few minutes to adjust the sensitivity etc is worthwhile to avoid false triggers, along with setting the activity and privacy zones within the field of view.

I was looking for a cctv security system and was tied between wired and wireless. After much trawling of You Tube I went for the Ezviz x3 camera BC1 wireless system.I put the cameras on charge and having charged x3 of them up , was ready to site them and the base station. Two things you will need that do not come with the kit are a decent sd card and a an ethernet cable to connect to the router.Top be fair most of us have one or both of these items knocking around the home somewhereSet up was easy the cameras do what they should do and the only thing that is taking me a while to get used to is the software which like many reviewers I feel could benefit from a more comprehensive user guide. As part of the Hikvison group I think he build quality is tip top and I have order the doorbell (wireless) and maybe an extra camera ( making x4 in total) to complete the system. So much choic3e out there and I can only speak as I find. They are doing what I want at a price I can afford.Sure there are lots more whizzy systems out there but I didn't fancy paying north of a grand for them to be fitted.MalcolmRugbyWarwickshireEnglandJanuary 2022

Having upgraded from the Arlo Pro 2 system, this is a big improvement. Fantastic video quality with a much wider viewing angle compared to the Pro 2 cameras.Hopefully the re-designed unibody case and magnetic charging port should prevent water ingress which plagued the Pro 2 cameras (one of my Pro 2 cameras got wet via the USB charging port). All in all a great product and well worth the money.

Did quite a bit of research before I chose Arlo but very glad I did. Installed and set up easily, but be prepared to take time time with this (all similar systems need this time). Responsive customer services very helpful with queries. Image quality and operating features excellent. All my cameras are permanently connected to chargers and I would recommend this unless you use video zones to to isolate unwanted movement, eg bushes and trees. Also, you will not have to disarm cameras during the day if you are, for instance, working in a garden which is under camera surveillance. I use four cameras to record motion triggered clips and have purchased a fifth camera that, when installed, will record constantly to monitor vehicle movement in and out of the close we live in (neighbours very happy about this). Really pleased with this system.

Had the camera a while now,as wanted to give it a bit of time before writing a review.Have got to say it’s a great little camera but you will need good wifi signal,The picture quality both day and night vision is very good, car head lights can be a problem and buses set the alerts off even in person only mode. This camera is set up using the Ethernet cable, which is very good. It’s pretty easy to install but to do it in 15 minutes like some say is not true.I would say from unboxing to set up is more like an hour to an hour and a half for outdoor fitting. Some reviews complain about having to pay for online storage facilities but £2.50 a month or £24.99 a year isn’t to bad to be honest and you can go back and check previous events very easily. Is it worth the money, that’s the biggest question I think probably so,it is pretty much the higher end of cameras but it is a lot of camera for the money and everything you need is supplied, although I did have to buy a longer Ethernet cable. The app is very easy to use as well.

I bought this bodycam to wear whilst out on my horse as we had been attacked by a dog June 2019. The police and dog warden had been informed but as I had no pictures/ video/ witnesses there was little they could do. My horse was injured and I had a £500 vet bill as a result of this dog attack. We were again attacked by the same persons dog 11 months later! Fortunately I had video/audio footage of the whole incident and as a result police are actually investigating along with dog warden and dog owner has been identified. The details not only of the incident but date/time and gps coordinates are excellent. This bodycam has therefore paid for itself both literally and metaphorically. Whilst wearing it out hacking it has also acted as a deterrent to cyclists/runners coming up behind my horse at speed in a dangerous manner. When I purchased the bodycam I needed some assistance in downloading footage and I called the seller and he was extremely helpful. This bodycam can record continually for up to 8 hours so EVERYTHING is captured on camera

Guardian Body Cam.I have to start by saying that I have a MUVI HD cam which is said to be comparable to the GoPro and is an excellent camera, but unfortunately there were features which it lacked that the Guardian has. The MUVI HD doesn't have an earphone port, infrared night vision, LED light, not weatherproof and a pretty rubbish battery life to name a few. The Guardian has all these features and more. It's so useful to be able to plug in your earphones whilst watching payback to hear the sound, which is really clear btw compared to a lot of cameras out there including the GoPro. There's rewind/forward at x2-x64 speeds and the menu function is so easy to navigate around. The instruction manual is pretty straight forward but tbh the cameras features and menu system are pretty obvious once you play around with it.I've used it at night and the infrared and night vision is AWESOME, well worth the money on its own just for this feature. Not to mention the RED LASER which you activate and point at things so you know exactly what the camera is pointing at if you've got the screensaver on.It's got Loop record with an option by pressing the "Star" to save certain VIP segments, separate video/photo/sound recording files, which are easy to view.Covering some other comments and feedback I've read, the front warning stickers come off if you want and there's an extra one in the pack if you want it on again, it has loop record, you can't delete files from the camera which is standard on cams that you can use for evidence so there's no tampering with it, it comes with LOADS of attachments which include a SWIVEL CLIP, which is awesome, there's an optional ClickFast attachment which the G1 guys will send you if you ask, time & date is changeable via menu and there is EXCELLENT email support if you have any queries or questions about the product.I've worn this at night, used as a Car Dash Cam with the included Sucker window stand which was awesome and also worn the chest harness to do some gardening. Picture and sound is clear and that's just on a standard setting. Battery life seems really good, comes with charging dock which takes 4hrs to charge for upto 10hrs record and play. It's weatherproof and feels really chunky and well made.I really like it. There are cheaper ones out there but not with the same functions and accessories that the Guardian G1 comes with. It far surpasses the MUVI HD cam that's why in selling it -)It's a great camera, and the quality will certainly impress you.

Earlier this year, I received and was generally impressed with the Somfy home security system which brought together a number of solid elements in a smart package. I was particularly interested therefore when an option appeared to add a camera into the mix and replace the Cocoon version that I'd had up until now. Could it get me to delete their app?First impressions suggested so as setup was definitely more straightforward - turn your camera on, open the app and put in your wifi password so that the camera can connect directly. From there you're pretty much done, the camera has a built in motion sensor that once activated records 10 second clips which are saved and can also work with the rest of the kit to record or trigger the alarm. Continuous recording is available for an extra monthly fee, while you can also open the app at any time to see what's happening. In my experience, the image quality is pretty decent and the motion detection reasonably accurate - I haven't experienced any false positives. There's also the additional option for a privacy shutter which comes across the camera when you don't need, such as when you're at home which is something good to differentiate this camera from some of the alternatives out there.Overall therefore what you've got here is actually a pretty decent camera, with reasonable functionality subscription free that gets even better if you work it in with the rest of the security kit. For me, it's definitely out with the Cocoon and in with this one instead.
