I purchased some interesting teas from Maison Thés & Traditions. Obviously, I need to taste them all to give a full assessment. The tins are beautiful and airtight, thanks to the double lid. The packaging was safe and shipping was very fast.

Very interesting products, especially because they are very natural, without flavor or fragrance enhancers (what they call natural flavors).

A client for years, I have never been disappointed with the quality of the teas and herbal teas. I also particularly appreciate the packaging because the interior is great for preserving all the aromas.

The site is well organized, good design and easy to use. The only criticism is that the tea received was past its expiration date since August 25th while we ordered around September 12th. This is the only disappointment.

Response from Thés & Traditions
Hello Éric,
Thank you very much for your feedback.
Regarding the date indicated on the tea received, it is indeed a labeling error. After checking the batch, our preparer unfortunately indicated 2026 instead of 2028.
Rest assured: the tea received is absolutely not expired. We certainly do not ship any tea whose date has passed. Our teas generally have a shelf life of about 18 months or more depending on the references.
We sincerely apologize for this labeling error and for any concern it may have caused.
Best regards,
The Thé & Traditions team
