If the equipment is perfect and the quality of the customer service impeccable, I wouldn't say the same about the transport (GEODIS) which delivers equipment, which they didn't take care of despite the warnings on the crate, broken as far as this order is concerned. Customer service reacted immediately with professionalism and friendliness by sending back new equipment, which arrived in good condition.

Please check that the entire order is available, otherwise delivery will be delayed without notification. Expected delivery time after complaint: three weeks or shipment without the missing product and therefore invoicing of shipping costs. As far as I'm concerned, the missing product was only a small part of the total amount, so I would have appreciated a commercial gesture on the shipping costs!
