Lousy customer service and doesn't try to improve. Does not send tracking codes as advertised. The order was supposed to be delivered at home, but it was delivered to the parcel delivery centre, which refused it...

If the equipment is perfect and the quality of the customer service impeccable, I wouldn't say the same about the transport (GEODIS) which delivers equipment, which they didn't take care of despite the warnings on the crate, broken as far as this order is concerned. Customer service reacted immediately with professionalism and friendliness by sending back new equipment, which arrived in good condition.

Please check that the entire order is available, otherwise delivery will be delayed without notification. Expected delivery time after complaint: three weeks or shipment without the missing product and therefore invoicing of shipping costs. As far as I'm concerned, the missing product was only a small part of the total amount, so I would have appreciated a commercial gesture on the shipping costs!

Customer for 3 years. Acceptable delivery times (often ~1 month before health crisis). The last three delays have been longer and longer. Last order placed 11/11/20, received 7/8 items in 28/01/21. Still waiting for last item (28/03/21) apparently sent 15/02/2021. Prompt replies from after-sales service, but no results.

However, the boxes I ordered were much too small for my intended use and looked much bigger in the photo, but I later realized that they were talking in grams and not liters.
