the product arrived on time and int perfect condition. Unfortunately, both the wooden spout and cork leak a lot and I had to empty the jar in meal of times to insert shims. Cork and spout still leak.

Morning. In order to make the cork stopper and wooden faucet leak-proof, you must first fill the vinegar jar with 1 liter of water and leave it for 2 to 3 days ( as stated in the leaflet). Order placed on 31/07 and delivered mid-October, that's a long time despite repeated calls to customer service who told me to be patient and that I would receive the parcel within 10 days.... It's a shame to offer products for sale that you don't have in stock... And no compensation was offered...

1.malgés all the assembly respects: the pips concentrate on the screw-thread after a few turns and DO NOT come out and everything jams. 2. The crank is screwed onto a screw-thread, which is ridiculous, because as soon as it's worked, it jams and can only be unscrewed after all sorts of contortions...
