I'm pleased with the way TomPress works. Just one comment: it should be easier to access delivery points in France when you have an address in Belgium, and shipping costs to neighboring countries should be better managed and greatly reduced (if others have found cheaper solutions, you should be able to find them too).

Chronopost didn't offer re-delivery to the post office in my neighborhood (Robertsau), but only to post offices or relay points, where parking is relatively difficult. Not too cool for a heavy, bulky parcel. The products and service are still top-notch. No blah-blah, clear dialogue, effective action.
