I order quite regularly from Tom Press, and I've always received my orders fairly quickly, with the exception of rare out-of-stock items.

The order was processed quickly and accurately. The only downside is the lack of information on transport and parcel tracking. But that's more the fault of Colissimo, which doesn't update its delivery tracking sufficiently.
