I had in my order some non-stick triskell plates (plates that are effective but costly). They arrived in the box thrown in without any protection, bent and cracked, which makes them less effective. After contacting customer service, I was told that the return would be at my expense. I find this unacceptable since initially, it was you who damaged the product. A refund, even partial, would have been an honest and commercial gesture.

Our package arrived intact, inside we had a box with a stove. The faucet of the stove was broken upon unpacking, Tompress does not want to know anything because we had 72 hours upon receipt of the package... to turn to the carrier who in this case is not at fault! The faucet was broken before that, it was meant to be a gift and it was therefore not opened right away. Hello, I was very disappointed with the services provided. I ordered mushroom knives in October, it was specified that it could take up to 4 weeks before being delivered, so no worries, I wanted them for Christmas.
