I ordered one from them that I received 4 days ago, and what was my surprise to find that it was all scratched. So I called TomPress, and I was told that I shouldn't have accepted the package at the post office, and I was taken aback, it's the first time I've heard such a thing. Anyway, after insisting, the person finally told me to send an email to customer service, which I did within the hour that followed. And since then, no response from them, not even an acknowledgment of receipt of my request. So 4 days later, I called them back, and they told me that the attached photo does not display, and asked me to send a PDF. I immediately complied, asking for an exchange or a refund. I find that their after-sales service is not effective which does not bode well for the future .....

Our package arrived intact, inside we had a box with a stove. The faucet of the stove was broken upon unpacking, Tompress does not want to know anything because we had 72 hours upon receipt of the package... to turn to the carrier who in this case is not at fault! The faucet was broken before that, it was meant to be a gift and it was therefore not opened right away. This was the last order with Tompress, it is the first time we encounter such a miserable customer service and such incompetent staff when ordering online.
We are sorry for your bad experience and understand your disappointment.
However, our complaint procedures do not allow us to deviate from the 72-hour deadline after receipt to report a damaged product.

Hello, I was very disappointed with the services provided. I ordered mushroom knives in October, it was specified that it could take up to 4 weeks before being delivered, so no worries, I wanted them for Christmas. After a month, no news, I wasn't kept informed, I called to find out what was going on, I was told it was normal that I would receive them soon, and that I would be kept informed by email, but as we approached Christmas, still nothing (so 2 months later), still not kept informed. I called back, of course, they would not arrive for Christmas... January, still nothing... I finally received them in January, 3 months later. I mainly wanted to be informed about the progress of things, I can understand that it can take time (even though it was stated 4 weeks at most), but having to fish for information was quite annoying, especially when you feel like you are bothering the customer service people. Moreover, one of the knives was damaged by glass which made a hole on both sides, I do not want another one or a refund, I just wanted to specify this to you.

The integrated visor on the helmet is difficult to handle because it rubs everywhere. Moreover, it interferes with prescription glasses. The idea is appealing but the design and execution are lamentable. I regret buying this helmet.

Hello, I ordered an item one evening and the next morning I wanted to increase the quantity to 2 units to avoid paying shipping twice. I called and reached an AI response robot that took my request into account and was supposed to forward it to the sales department. Since then, no contact, however, I did receive the order for one item, unfortunately if I want a second one as requested I have to pay shipping again. Thank you for your response

After 8 days the stopper and the tap are still leaking... yet it is well soaked. undoubtedly a Portuguese stopper. My vinegar dispenser is unusable.

A failing customer service from start to finish. Purchase of an electric nutcracker. It does not fulfill its function. Customer service refuses any return and no longer responds to any emails. Report made to Signa Conso.
Still haven't received information for the return of an item.
The return is at the buyer's expense and the shipping cost is close to the product value that I wanted to return to buy the higher model. In the end, the 6L bins will go to the trash. Regrettable.
Do not buy this model, not powerful enough to chop skin or the throat gets blocked if the pieces are not cut finely, the grids are made of iron so they rust if not cleaned and oiled immediately. VERY GOOD FOR HYGIENE. I asked to return it and buy a more powerful one for 300E more, their response was we do not take it back and the return is at your expense. Trade-in for 30% of the value. I will therefore continue to buy on Amazon or other European or Chinese merchant sites where returns and refunds are done without discussion. Not surprising that French businesses are closing.
Overall satisfied, but could have been even more so if the polystyrene wedges had been in cardboard and the multilingual manual better worked on. The photos and diagrams are too small, drowned in the Italian, some reference errors on the first pages and missing the number of screws in the inventory.
