Extremely long delivery time and no reply to my e-mail concerning the delivery time.
The box arrived soaking wet. It was impossible to carry it because it was so wet. Fortunately, I had ordered glass jars. The deliveryman was sorry, efficient, took the initiative and contacted me to make an appointment.
Unfortunately, the packaging of the goods is not very efficient. Some jars arrived broken inside the plastic packaging (five in all), polluting all the other jars. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning them to avoid contaminating the product with broken glass.
Make sure you arrive well in advance. My last 2 orders were delayed due to delivery failures.
The delivery is made during my working hours, so the driver shows up in my absence during a narrow time slot, whereas a signature is required for receipt, even if I leave my garage open. So I was forced to ask the neighbor to collect the parcel for me. And of course, the warehouse where I could pick up the parcel is closed on Saturdays.

This device didn't last long when the almonds broke. The lever arm broke at the thread and I had to extract the threaded part and then thread the remaining rod to make it work again. I think this equipment is a bit weak for hard, compact shells like fresh almonds. I haven't yet tested it on walnuts.
