Order placed on 31/07 and delivered mid-October, that's a long time despite repeated calls to customer service who told me to be patient and that I would receive the parcel within 10 days.... It's a shame to offer products for sale that you don't have in stock... And no compensation was offered...

The crank is screwed onto a screw-thread, which is ridiculous, because as soon as it's worked, it jams and can only be unscrewed after all sorts of contortions...
