Too much delay between order and delivery
Waiting for a refund for the product sent back on September 20th by colissimo ( product does not correspond to our expectations )
Used to remove skin and seeds from grapes the grate swelled slightly and now I have to buy another grate.
The parcel was lost in the wilderness and you have to wait 10 days to make a claim at the post office unacceptable

Ordered on 30 08 collected on 11 09 and broken but delivery planned on 3 09 then on 6 09 then on 10 09 and collected on 11 09 after many complaints and assurance of being delivered on the planned dates and this without any warning of non-delivery. in addition on opening the jar broke because in a box too large without any paper or bubble wrap to prevent its tossing in the box. pitiful.

This device didn't last long when the almonds broke. The lever arm broke at the thread and I had to extract the threaded part and then thread the remaining rod to make it work again. I think this equipment is a bit weak for hard, compact shells like fresh almonds. I haven't yet tested it on walnuts.

Does the job but the handle fell off the unit the first time it was lifted and the door catches are rather cheap. It took a week to arrive so statements about 48 hour delivery probably only apply to destinations in France.
I would recommend the company as serious but not the product.
