No delivery to my home as the letter carrier deemed the parcel too large.

Order placed on 4/12, received on 17/12 almost 2 weeks... Articles conform.
It's a pity that delivery took more than 10 days out of the 2 advertised, it's a real drag on the bill.

No information from Tompress about the delay in delivery due to a material being out of stock. I cancelled the product because I had to wait another 5 or 6 weeks.
Wrong information about delivery time. Three times we were given a delivery date which was not respected. We finally received the equipment, but at the beginning of December, whereas it was initially scheduled for mid-October.
Delivery delayed for no reason and not at the requested location. Product conforms but finish is not great: the latch is not even fitted straight.
I was told I would receive my order within 4 weeks. I received my parcel after 8 weeks. The commercial gesture is a voucher of 1. This was my first and last order with you. Please rest assured that I will take the time to explain your sales policy to you. Sincerely

The legumier seems to me to be of very average quality given its high price.
Disappointed, the book received does not correspond at all to the one displayed on the seller's site, even if the contents are identical, which I hope they are. The first time I've had this disappointment with Tompress. It's a shame.
The product, indicated as being in stock on your site before the order was placed, was unavailable. Contrary to written and oral commitments, the payment was debited as soon as the order was placed, without waiting for shipment.
Lacks an explanatory note and instructions for use
The time between my order and delivery was far too long.
Floating hat delivered without the small plastic plug as shown in the photo; moreover, the package contains the stainless steel fitting but no plastic pipe for the extension; in short, on a product costing 250, you save 20 cts on the plug and probably 50 cts on 1 meter of plastic pipe. In short, for a saving of 70 cts, you're delivering a product that's unusable as it is. cdt
The delivery scheduled for 48 hours was in fact postponed for 1 month. No notification was given during this time.

Delivery problem...delivered to my parents who didn't have the strength to check the granite plate...the deliveryman left quickly without helping my 74 year old parents to check it. And in the end, the next day I went to pick up the coli...I saw a big bump on the side and indeed a broken plate, 150 lost, great. Tompress doesn't control its transporter

The crank was bent and would not allow a full turn as it was. I had to unbend it before I could use it. The finish is not very neat for the price. The product was out of stock after I ordered it, and I did not receive a message informing me of this. When I didn't hear from them, I had to phone to get the information.
I had to call Tompress to receive the overcharged VAT on my credit card, even though I was told the amount would be deducted before I was charged.
Products not delivered to date delays too long
I waited almost a month for my order (where is the 48 hour delivery time?) and my parcel was defective (I had to fiddle with a replacement key myself). On the other hand, the reception on the phone was very cordial.
The instructions are poor and the device doesn't work.
Hello, the place of delivery was not the one I had noted at the time of my order.
My order consisted of bottles. On delivery, I hadn't paid any attention to the note about the complaint, so I opened my parcel just after the letter carrier had left. I found that 3 bottles were broken - The packaging did not protect the bottles sufficiently - There was no external indication to the carrier that the contents of the package were fragile. Very disappointed
Very good product, delivery time instead of 14 days unfortunately 41 days and shipping costs of 12 euros not exactly cheap either

As delivery was desperately delayed, I had to repurchase part of the order to make my apple juice on time. Small remark, the capsules I had to repurchase, 5 km from my home with an order received the next day in the store, cost me much less...what's the point of ordering over the internet??? Not informed of a delivery delay due to a supply shortage. Had to call customer service again to find out the reason for the delay. Very professional.

All the corks don't close the bottles properly, and the time between delivery and order was far too long.
Delivery to Belgium takes much longer than the 48 hours indicated. And if I want to contact you from Belgium, I have to use a French telephone number and not a local Belgian number (cheaper). If I use the call-back service, it takes 24 hours. Otherwise the staff are very nice.
Out of the batch of 100 capsules, some are defective, so I'm missing some.
