Very good product, very interesting and a lot of quality choices

I received the package (2 vacuum sealer gaskets) very quickly, but upon receipt, one product was pinched! I made a complaint and after some email exchanges and supporting photos, I received the new gasket with apologies. Now everything is back to normal and my vacuum sealer has regained its second youth... THANK YOU to Tompress and especially to the after-sales service team.
