I won't comment on the unit's performance. I didn't go that far because the noise was so loud. There's no way I'm sharpening my knives in the noise of a jet plane. I'm going back to the gentle hum of my old Philips sharpener.

Products received in good condition. However, the 190g pâté pots were in their plastic packaging on the pallet, with no padding. Surprising they didn't break in transit.
